From naming and positioning to customer experience, operations and communication, Casa Taira became an opportunity to build a brand by shaping the business itself.

The result wasn't only a stronger brand.
It became a business able to grow beyond its founders.

I don't believe good strategy starts with answers.

It starts with observation.
I observe how people behave.
How they speak.
How they make decisions.
What they ignore.

I observe everything that already exists before trying to create something new.

Only then do I begin to ask questions.
Because the right questions reveal patterns.

Patterns create clarity.
And clarity makes better decisions possible.

That's why I don't design brands first.
I help uncover them.
